Carers need support too. During Dementia Action Week and beyond, Dementia Australia is providing simple and practical things we can all do to support carers.

While caring for someone you love can be rewarding, it can also have its tougher days. A carer can often give up their own wellbeing to prioritise the person they are caring for. And sometimes a carer finds that other people may not keep in touch with them or realise that they need support as well.
