A little support makes a big difference

Take time out for things you love to do and the other people you love to spend time with

It is important to find or maintain activities that feel like something you do just for yourself.

This might be joining a book club, exercise group, keeping up a hobby with friends or finding meditative activities that feel calming. See if you can put a regular time in your diary to do one of these things. Plan practical help at times where you might need some time for yourself.

It’s also important to retain time for other people in your life, whose time and friendship you value.
